Planning the refurbishment
Tell us which rooms need work, what you would like to change and whether you will be living in the property during the refurbishment.
Before starting, we discuss access, deliveries, protection for retained finishes and the expected schedule. For larger projects, we agree the stages so you know what to expect.
For tiling, we confirm the tile size and laying pattern before work starts. Smaller tiles, herringbone and other specialist layouts can affect the quotation.

How do I get a refurbishment quotation?
Contact us to arrange a site visit. Tell us which rooms you want to improve and share any plans, photographs or drawings you have. We assess the work and prepare a quotation setting out the agreed scope, materials and any separate specialist work.
Can I stay at home during the renovation?
This depends on the rooms involved, access and the stages of the work. We discuss this during the site visit, including any planned disruption to your kitchen, bathroom, water or electricity, so you can make suitable arrangements before work starts.
Who supplies the materials and fittings?
We agree this in the quotation. If you are supplying tiles, flooring, kitchen units or bathroom fittings, we discuss the specification and delivery arrangements before starting. Tile sizes and laying patterns are confirmed as part of the agreed work.
